WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.

What a trip. I had an ABSOLUTE BLAST OMG. Like seriously, it was one of the funnest road trips I have ever been on. I went with two of the coolest girls on the planet, we got to stay right across the street from Disneyland, and we PLAYED hard and had SO MUCH FUN!

Disneyland is officially one of my favorite places on earth. It is seriously magical. That's really the only word I can think of to describe my experience there - MAGICAL. I felt like such a little kid! I was just AMAZED at everything there. The rides, the atmosphere, the employees...I was completely blown away! I am almost glad I went when I did. I think I appreciated the experience a whole lot more after going to school and learning so much about Walt Disney and his kingdom. I have a hard time putting my experience into words because of how awesome it was. Its just one of those experiences Ill cherish forever. And I want everyone to go and have as much fun as I did! Its just...wow. Im glad we got to go two days. I wish we could have gone more lol. But every moment was worth it!

Aside from our two days at Disneyland, we also went to Hollywood for a day to play. We walked around Grauman's Chinese theater and took pictures of the stars and the hand prints. While we were walking around, we took some pictures with the weirdos there - like a Jack Sparrow and Elvis wannabe. It was really funny! We've got lots of inside jokes about them...especially Elvis LOLZ. We also went to the El Capitan theater to see The Little Mermaid sing-a-long version! It was really a lot of fun! There was a girl dressed as Ariel at the beginning to introduce it and as the end credits started to roll there was someone dressed as Sebastian who danced across the stage. It was HILARIOUS! And yes, we DID sing along. Very loudly. XD

We also went to Venice beach and got Henna tattoos. It was really fun! I love seeing weird people at the beach...we should stopped and sketched. Hm. Oh well.

AND WE WENT TO DISNEY STUDIO. It was SO awesome. My friend interned there last summer so she knows people there who got us in. One of her mentor's took us on a tour of the studio and we got to see stuff for Bolt, The Frog Princess, and Rapunzel. ITS SO AWESOME OMG. I had a BLAST there. We also went to the live-action area of the studio and that was fun to walk around. They have a little museum with some old Disney stuff and that was cool, especially the Mr. Tumnus statue and wardrobe from the first narnia movie. But the studio was amazing and it was wicked cool to meet all the mentors there because they're the ones deciding who gets to intern there THIS summer....so its always good to make contacts!

All in all, it was definitely a worthwhile trip and I had so much fun! It was much needed and frankly, I think well-deserved. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVED it and will go back one day. But Im back now and its time to be all...responsible again. LOLZ.

YUP

I leave for LA today and I am SO EXCITED. I actually feel a little sickly. My stomach has been giving me problems the past couple of days, today being the worst. Its not too bad, but more annoying? And I think Im a little TOO excited and the nerves are like...adding to it. Im really good at making myself sick when I go on trips lol. It happened on two big trips I took last summer...but I didn't let it stop me! MUAH-HAHAHAH. I honestly dunno why I get sick. Last summer it was actually really bad sore throats and fevers, not stomach problems. I just dun get it. BUT WHATEVER.

IM GOING TO DISNEYLAND and I can't wait. CAN'T WAIT. XD

Ill write all about it when I get back. HAVE A GREAT WEEK YA'LL!!!

So I plan on going to Anthrocon (www.anthrocon.org) this summer and Ill be rooming with koalakitty23 and Yunicoon!

YUP! THAAAAT'S RIGHT! Today was my last day at my job! ISN'T THAT AWESOME?! This is the first time in like...5 years that I haven't had an official job! I FEEL SO FREE!

That doesn't mean Im not working. I am currently working on coloring some book illustrations that WILL be published. (No, I didn't draw them. Im just helping to color them.) Its exciting stuff lol. So there's a good chunk of money. And I have other schemes Im working on that'll hopefully help keep me afloat. Im good money-wise for right now and I plan on really having some fun the next few months.

That also doesn't mean I won't be LOOKING for a job. If a good job comes along, Ill snatch it up quicker than Harry chasing a snitch! Seriously, Im gonna be WORKING very hard on what I have now and LOOKING very hard for a new job. But you work hard and you play hard. XD

Im just really happy. Even if I am currently stuck in another lab doing more animation when Id rather be coloring or drawing or setting up for...other business schemes. Times are good. Times will probably get hard, but I intend to stay happy. 8)

I just checked my grades because they were posted today and I PASSED ALL OF MY CLASSES! OMG I AM SO HAPPY!!!
